Ingredients
I love oysters. They are Mothers Natures real fast food. All we have to do is ‘give’ the oysters (or mussels and clams and scallops) a healthy ocean to drink to feed off the nutrients. If you love oysters, you really love oysters. So, always have more than you think. I can eat 2 dozen oysters myself.
Mignonette:
½ cup Bartier Bros. Bubbles
2 tbsp fine diced shallots
1 tsp grated ginger
½ tsp grated garlic
2 cracks of cracked black pepper
1 lemon (juice and zest)
Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Mix everything together and garnish the shucked oysters with the mignonette. Enjoy!
